A class lasting 1 hour based on high weight and low reps to improve strength and muscular hypertrophy. Some experience of weightlifting is required. Sign up quick because this class is limited to 21 people. Expect DOMS and to burn fat for days after the class in recovery.
A class lasting 1 hour based on HIIT training and individual challenges, mainly using your own body weight. Expect very little rest as we aim to keep the heart rate as high as possible. All exercises are differentiated with varied levels of difficulty to make the class suitable to all.
A class lasting 1 hour aimed at hitting the Lactic energy system with the use of Powerbags, Kettlebells, and Slam Balls etc. Not for the faint hearted. Expect DOMS and to burn fat for days after the class in recovery.
A class lasting 1 hour based on various barbell exercises and time under tension. The word ‘rest’ won’t be used during this hour.
A class lasting 1 hour for ladies only designed to increase the confidence of those who attend so they can explore other classes at the gym.
