Practical request from @nickyparjai72

Hi, teaching Mixed Gym to Year 9 on return after the holidays for a 4/5 week block. Want to focus on strength and conditioning and thinking about the focus being on paired and small group balances, a great opportunity for peer assessment too… Any advice gratefully received.
